Dr.Schilling Andreas Schilling, MD

Medical Director of Pooler Imaging Center
Section Chief of Neuroradiology

Dr.Schilling received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1999.  He completed a   Transitional Internship in 2000 and a Diagnostic Radiology Residency in 2004, both at MUSC, followed by a Neuroradiology   Fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ in 2006.  He was board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the   Board of Radiology in 2004.  He is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Arizona and Nebraska.  His areas of interest include vascular lesions, spine imaging, tumor imaging and head/neck imaging.

 

Mark S. Twedt, MD
Musculoskeletal Imaging

Dr. Twedt received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine  in 2011.  He completed a Medical Internship at Medical Center of Central Georgia in 2012,  followed by a residency in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Baptist Health System in 2016. He was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2017 .  He is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina.  His areas of interest include Musculoskeletal Imaging.

 

Peter M. Britt, MD
Neuroradiology

Dr. Britt received his medical degree from The University of Cincinnati in Ohio in 1993.  He completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN in 1997 followed by a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Barrow Neuroradiology Institute in Phoenix, AZ in 1999.  He was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1997.  He is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Ohio.  His areas of interest include Neuroradiology and interventional procedures.

 

Deborah J. Conway, MD
Section Chief of Pediatric Radiology
Program Director for Radiology Residency at Memorial Hospital

Dr. Conway received her medical degree from The University of Alabama, Birmingham in 1998.  She completed a Transitional Internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah in 1999 followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology, also at Memorial, in 2003.  She completed a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship at The University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital in 2004.    She was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2003.  Dr. Conway has also earned a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in the sub-specialty of Pediatric Radiology. She is licensed in Georgia.

 

Mathew J. Dixon, MD
Associate Residency Program Director
Musculoskeletal Imaging

Dr. Dixon received his osteopathic degree from Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center in 2000.  He completed an Internship at Metropolitan Medical Center in Des Moines in 2001 followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA in 2005.  He completed a Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship at The University of Florida in Gainesville in 2006.  He was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2005.  He is licensed in Georgia, Florida, Virginia and South Carolina.  His areas of interest include residency education, musculoskeletal imaging and cardiac imaging including cardiac CTA.

 

William Gordon Greene, MD
Section Chief of Chest Imaging

Dr. Greene received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA in 1998.  He completed an Internal Medicine Preliminary Internship at Baptist Health System in Birmingham, AL in 1999 followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah in 2003.  He was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2003.  He is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida.  His areas of interest include chest imaging and CT Colonography.

 

Christopher A. Hulsey, MD
Section Chief of Ultrasound

Dr. Hulsey received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA in 2000.  He completed a Transitional Internship at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon in 2001 followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah in 2005.  He was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2005.  He is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.  His areas of interest include ultrasound and body imaging.

 

Peter Romano, MD
Section Chief of Body Imaging

Dr. Romano received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina followed by a Body Imaging fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.  His areas of expertise include body imaging in all modalities.

 

 
Dr. ThompsonAllison H Thompson, MD

Director of Nuclear Medicine at Memorial Health

Dr. Thompson received her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2011. She  completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Memorial Health University followed by a Pediatric  Imaging fellowship at Emory University in 2017. She is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.  Her areas of expertise include pediatric imaging in all modalities.
